Who We Are

The Law Offices of Rhonda B. Kelley, PLLC takes a holistic approach to dispute resolution.  In the area of domestic law, we realize that some relationships become broken and the need arises to end them; however, we seek to provide a means for ending the relationships that leave all the parties whole - both spouses and their children.  The decision to end the relationship is hard enough without the added challenge of locating representation that will ensure that the parties can move forward in the most amicable of means.  This is where our law office comes in.  Our goal is to develop a plan of action that will allow those with children to move on with their separate lives, still able to effectively co-parent their children. 

Attorney Rhonda B. Kelley is the managing attorney.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She received her J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law.  She also received an Advanced Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from the Dispute Resolution Institute at North Carolina Central University School of Law.
